{my own little world}

I got an email today with a link to Matthew West's new music video for his song "My Own Little World" I clicked on the link and started to watch the video. I was immediately convicted........

How easy is it for us to just live in our own little world? So many times it's just easier to deal with "population me". God never intended for us to live in our own little world. We were made to go out and share his love, connect with fellow believers and get beyond our four walls. How many opportunities as Christian's have we lost to show His love? How many times has God had something He wanted to show me and I was to busy caring for me?

I know I am at fault for living in my own little world

Start breaking my heart for what breaks Yours

give me open hands and open doors

put Your light in my eyes and let me see

that my own little world is not about me

I pray that God would help me get beyond my own little world.

{road trip!}

I am going on a road trip with my bestie Micah!!! We are going to see her dad and we can't wait! Hopefully I will get pictures up of our trip soon after we get back. : ) It should be interesting since both Micah and I are directionally challenged. Thankfully we both have a GPS.

Is doing well!!!! I am so thankful to the Lord she hasn't gotten sick again. She is at an extremely playful stage right now and everyone is in love with her.
